About Me
My name is Abby Wilcox and I am a senior at Heritage High School. Throughout my years here in the fine arts program I have been in photography, drawing, painting, and ceramics. Out of all of these I found that I was the most passionate about ceramics. This year for my AP Studio Art class I chose my concentration to be small objects made big. I had a lot of fun creating my pieces and I think they turned out very nice. After I graduate I will attend the University of Georgia with a major in Animal Health. While there I plan to join intramural sports teams and have fun (while making good grades)!!
This looks great. If you could sand it down to make it smoother I think that would be nice. Question: are you going to add color?
ReplyDeleteI see what you did there, its a pen in a pin, very clever.
ReplyDeleteI love how clever this piece is. I also agree with Alex about maybe sanding it down to make it smoother. Other than that I love the concept.
ReplyDeleteI love the concept of this piece and you did it, and I think it will be even better when it is glazed and fired.
ReplyDeleteLove your "tiny objects blown up" concentration. This piece is so cuteeee!
ReplyDeletewhen I saw this, at first I thought it was a play on words. I assumed that this was the finished product and that you'd put an actual ink pen inside were the metal pin would go. Even so, your concentration is the cutest, and I can't wait to see what other small things you'll make big.
